I found the accommodations to be better than many larger hotels. The staff was wonderfully friendly. i really loved my stay and am already planning my return. The location is undeniably excellent. i took the logan express from the airport, which dropped me at the prudential center, a very convenient and complimentary service.
the room was particularly small, but it served its purpose for a short stay and was clean nevertheless.

the staff was friendly! but the location was acceptable.
my room was small! i could barely move around. also, the window faced a wall, it was not a great view. to top it off, they charged me extra as "insurance" when i arrived, then refunded it later. this meant i lost money on exchange rates twice.

I appreciated the ease of access to the T. It made getting around simple. The hotel's proximity to key areas was convenient. The breakfast offered coffee and croissants, and it was a nice touch. Staff members were cute and professional, WHICH added to the positive experience.
The temperature in my room would not go above 62. IT was a slight discomfort.

I loved the central location! The staff were very friendly and helpful . Complimentary coffee, croissants, and fruit each day were a really nice touch (I especially liked the croissants!).
The room was a bit dark, but honestly, I spent most of my time exploring anyway.
